Youth Lineup Cards LL-40

Each  lineup card set is designed to your particular specifications and printed on 3-part carbonless paper (vs. 4-part for our more common card). Write one and have one instant copy. You can CUSTOMIZE your card by adding your Team Name, Mascot Name (or other information), Logos, Mascots, names of Coaches, Assistant Coaches and Managers and choose your Team Colors. Check out these features:

• Standard lineup space for 10 players, with their number and position clearly indicated, and room for substitutions.
• Carbonless forms are glued along the top edge for easy separation.
• Each set is four pieces, size is 8.5"h x 5.5"w
• Paper is the heaviest carbonless paper available for durability.
• Each set has a white top sheet and a white hardback last page.
• Color – Each set prints the first (white) page of each set in color. You can choose a primary color and secondary color. Please be specific with your colors when ordering (Navy Blue, Forest Green, Yellow Gold, etc.).
• Artwork – You can attach your customized artwork (logos and mascots) for use on your cards when you order, or choose among our selections.

Note: These cards are specially designed and priced. The sample picture does not show a roster at the bottom of the card but if you would like to have your roster printed at the bottom of the card you can do so at no extra charge by attaching the roster to your order in the space provided below.
